To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be purchased directly from the Swaasaa Life website.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging wherever possible.

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return under our 30-Day Return Policy after delivery.
